Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026Pixmage provides AI image cleanup and generation tools. This policy explains what we collect, how images are handled, and how we use your information. What we collect
When you use our tools without signing in, we may store anonymous free-usage counters in your browser localStorage and record limited usage metadata on our servers when a feature requires processing. When you create an account, we store your email, display name, avatar (if provided by your sign-in provider), credit balance, verification status, and account activity needed to operate the service. We do not sell your images or use them to train models without your explicit consent. How images are processed
AI-powered features upload source images directly to private Cloudflare R2 storage and route them through our servers to third-party AI providers (such as FAL, Google, or OpenAI) for processing.Source uploads are limited to 15 MB and are deleted after the processing request. A storage lifecycle also removes abandoned source uploads within approximately one day. Successful generated results may be stored so you can receive and use the output.Do not upload images containing sensitive personal data unless you accept the risk of server-side processing.Local storage on your device
Drafts, free-usage counters, and preferences may be stored in your browser localStorage. Clearing site data removes these values. You can clear local data anytime from your browser settings or by removing Pixmage site storage.Authentication
Sign-in is handled by Auth.js. You may register with email and password or use Google or GitHub OAuth.Email/password accounts must verify their email before welcome credits are granted. OAuth providers may supply a verified email on first sign-in.We use Cloudflare Turnstile on sensitive flows to reduce automated abuse.Payments
Credit purchases are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. We store order metadata (package, amount, status, provider reference ids) but do not store full card numbers on our servers.Payment webhooks help us confirm purchases and credit your account. Refund requests are handled according to our Terms and pricing FAQ.Content moderation
We may run automated checks (for example Google Vision SafeSearch) on uploaded images to block disallowed content. Moderation metadata is used for safety and abuse prevention, not for marketing.Analytics and error monitoring
We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand traffic and feature usage. We configure analytics not to capture uploaded image content.Error logs may include technical metadata (browser, route, error message) but should not include your uploaded images.Feedback and support
If you submit feedback or contact us, we receive the message you choose to send. Do not include sensitive personal information unless necessary.Support requests may include your account email if you are signed in.Data retention
Temporary source uploads are intended to be removed immediately after processing and are covered by a one-day storage lifecycle. Generated results may be retained for up to 90 days unless a different period is shown in the product or required for support, security, or legal reasons.Account, billing, usage, and audit records are retained as long as needed to operate the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. You may request account deletion by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention or legal obligations.Your choices
You can use limited tools without signing in. Signed-in users can view usage and purchase history in the dashboard. For questions about this policy, contact us through the feedback form on the site.Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
