We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect results on every image.Your content and rights
You must only upload and edit images you have the right to use. You are responsible for complying with copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.Do not use Pixmage to remove watermarks or rights-management marks from content you do not own or license.Acceptable use
You may not abuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape the site, upload illegal or harmful content, or use the tools for deceptive purposes.We may suspend or terminate access for violations, failed moderation checks, or abuse.Accounts and verification
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Welcome credits are granted only after email verification, subject to anti-abuse rules such as per-IP registration limits.We may refuse or revoke accounts that violate these terms or attempt to exploit promotions.Credits and payments
Paid features consume credits according to the pricing page and the model tier you select. Different AI models may cost different credit amounts.Purchases are processed through Stripe and/or PayPal. Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.If you have not used any credits from a purchase within 7 days, you may request a full refund by contacting support.Credit balances, package pricing, and model pricing may change with notice on the pricing page.Third-party AI providers
Processing may rely on third-party AI services. Their availability and output quality can affect your results. We are not responsible for third-party outages beyond crediting failed paid requests where applicable.No professional advice
